Leader of the Future

13–17th October 2025 | London, UK

An immersive, one-week training programme that transforms the way leaders see themselves and helps them become leaders fit for the future

What is the Leader of the Future Programme?

Leader of the Future is an immersive, one-week training programme that transforms the way leaders see themselves and helps them become leaders fit for the future.

During the week, participants are encouraged to be honest and introspective, discovering truths about their own leadership style, learning to build on both their strengths and weaknesses, and even re-examining their lives outside of work.

The programme is hard work. But the results will be phenomenal.

Participants will leave the course a different person — one who is able to take on all the challenges of this fast-changing world, empowered with the skills and knowledge to become a much better leader than they were at the beginning.

It’s an experience they will never forget.

Why this programme?

  • Accelerate leader performance, and through them, company performance.
  • Expand international leadership and cultural know-how.
  • Discover the most powerful leadership tools and crucial skills.
  • Foster more human, empathetic, and innovative leadership.

Leader of the Future offers a space where leaders are pushed out of their comfort zone — to experiment, discover, and apply new behaviours, in an environment that simulates the volatility and agility of their day-to-day.

The programme engages the participants on every level: Physical, Emotional, Mental and Spiritual.

The intensive programme is packed with theory on everything from achieving high performance to understanding and motivating behaviours. However, the focus is on applying this knowledge in a practical way, among a group of supportive but challenging contemporaries who aren’t afraid to push the boundaries of what it means to be a leader.

How does the programme work?

The Leader of the Future programme is divided into three stages — before, during, and after the Immersion Week.

Before Immersion Week

Participants complete four key activities to help them get the most out of the programme:

  1. Sign an expectations agreement. Commit to the learning style, total immersion, and avoidance of distraction.
  2. Confidential 360 Evaluation. Invite at least 8 people to provide feedback on participant performance.
  3. Thomas Personal Profile Analysis (DISC). The results will be made available during the training.
  4. Harvard Business Review Case Study. Read the case study, answer questions, and bring their insights to the programme.

Immersion Week

A five-day intensive journey that includes workshops, exercises, and both group and individual assignments. Workshops run from morning to evening, and participants are expected to actively contribute to discussions, be open to self-reflection, and give candid feedback to others.

Some workshops involve theory, while others have a more practical focus, helping leaders develop the skills they need to navigate the future. Key topics include:

Be Fully Engaged: Build the capacity needed to sustain high performance in the face of increasing demand.

Mental Models for Leadership: Explore intrinsic motivation and seize the opportunity to reclassify limiting models as enhancers.

Empowerment: Understand how to decentralise power, empowering your teams to become increasingly autonomous and agile.

Encourage a Feedback Culture: Learn how to use feedback in a structured way, with a focus on behavioural improvement.

Coaching: Discover how coaching methodology can be applied to everyday life and accelerate the development of those you lead.

Management Through Profile Diversity: Identify factors that motivate different behaviour profiles, using a diversity of talent to support strategic goals.

After Immersion Week

Immersion week is just the beginning of the development journey. Following on from this, participants have access to ongoing activities and resources to help them continue to grow themselves:

  • LearningHub@Cegos: A full year of access to help put all the core learnings into practice.
  • Individual Coaching Session: Scheduled within one month of the end of the immersion week, with paid options for more.
  • 360 Evaluation: Opportunity to repeat the evaluation after two months, to assess whether changes in their behaviour.
