This training offers proven methods and tools to prioritise both your own and your team’s needs effectively. As a manager, your effectiveness is interdependent on the effectiveness of your team.
Your time management has an impact on that of your team and vice versa. The training enables you to take action on the personal and collective dimensions of your time management. A diagnosis of your time allows you to objectively measure your points of support and your areas for progress in order to optimise your personal time management.
For anyone whose time management is linked to that of a team, whether in a hierarchical relationship or not.
