Make better decisions with a structured approach
We follow a structured Problem-Solving process during this session to highlight the importance of accurately defining and analysing a problem, enabling identification of causes and appropriate solutions.
It will help you be more confident in your decision making, and when you are looking for stakeholder support.
We use a case study throughout the session to illustrate the progressive steps of the process, including a range of supporting tools and techniques.
For professionals looking for a reliable and structured approach to tackling problems, either individually or as part of a problem-solving team.
