We introduce tools to help you identify and analyse key stakeholders, their objectives, and the dynamics between you. This will help you assess the appropriate communication strategies to use, and who you may be able to call on to support your message.
For professionals who need to influence others and would like to understand how best to do this whilst keeping relationships intact.
