Master communication for constructive feedback
Common misconceptions of the word difficult create a negative impression This session focuses on shifting this mindset to viewing these conversations as powerful, passionate, direct and honest.
You will explore what conflict is and how it emerges, and you will learn how to maintain an effective attitude and avoid inefficient behaviours.
We cover the importance of understanding others and establishing relationships based on meeting mutual needs, which leads onto valuable lessons in successful communication techniques.
Recognising that constructive feedback may be necessary, you will practice using a framework to deliver a difficult message.
For anyone wanting to make difficult conversations effective and avoid situations of conflict with others.
