1 – Set a Clear, Motivating, and Realistic Direction to Achieve Your Goals

  • Identify common perception biases and take a step back from habitual ways of thinking.
  • Understand the difference between intention and objectives.
  • Design an intentional professional and personal life.
  • Clarify your goals in relation to your professional challenges.

In practice: Define your intentions and objectives to build the foundation of your personal roadmap.

2 – Become the Conductor of Your Daily Life

  • Choose high-value activities.
  • Shift from reactive to proactive time management: distinguish between urgent, important, and aligned with your goals.
  • Handle the unexpected and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Focus your energy and resources on long-term, strategic, and mission-critical tasks.

In practice: Individual case study – build your personal priority matrix in relation to your roles and context; identify both opportunities and obstacles.

3 – Develop the Quality and Authenticity of Your Relationships

  • Find the right relational stance to build flexibility and a cooperative mindset ("life positions").
  • Acquire effective habits for maintaining balanced and respectful relationships, even in high-stakes or tense situations.
  • Share experiences within your network and draw inspiration from others' successes.

In practice: Group case study – decode life positions by observing language and behaviour in various real-life situations.

4 – Express Your Needs and Set Boundaries with Nonviolent Communication

  • Explore your personal needs (emotional, spiritual, etc.).
  • Use the OSBD model to express yourself authentically.
  • Learn to set clear and respectful boundaries.

In practice: Practise using the OSBD model based on real relational situations shared by participants.
