Combatting a music powerhouse’s digital gap to create powerful leaders worldwide
Case Study | #entertainment
Context & challenges
Our client, a globally recognised music powerhouse, faced the challenge of shifting from in-person collaboration to virtual work. Known for building connections in real time, they needed to find new ways for their leadership teams to ideate, inspire, and support others remotely.
Some leaders were already familiar with remote practices, but many still relied heavily on face-to-face collaboration. The shift needed to be fast and effective.
Success meant more than digital literacy; it meant developing confident, adaptable leaders equipped to thrive in a remote-first world.

Solution

To ensure a smooth transition, we designed a multi-pronged solution that tackled both practical challenges and mindset shifts, tailored to a business built on live connection.
What we did:
Team workshops
Our consultants ran two-hour virtual sessions, creating collaborative spaces for leaders to explore new digital behaviours and share ideas as a team.
One-to-one coaching
Alongside group sessions, we provided personalised coaching—surfacing individual needs, barriers, and opportunities for growth.
High-energy engagement
To boost sign-ups and build momentum, we created a two-minute animated explainer video in collaboration with the US L&D lead. Deployed across email campaigns, office TVs, and internal platforms, it sparked excitement and increased uptake.
Results
The programme was a triumph. Over 130 leaders across five US locations were upskilled through a combination of workshops, coaching, and communications.
Leaders reported high engagement and real behavioural shifts. So much so that we were invited to rerun the programme the following year.
We gathered feedback globally and refined the programme to fit the evolving needs of teams better. What began as a reaction to remote work became a catalyst for long-term leadership development.
